Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to any ticket purchaser or attendee of the events hosted by The Flame Within. By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Ticket Sales and Admission

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless the Event is cancelled or rescheduled by the Organizer.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose behaviour is deemed disorderly, dangerous, or in violation of these Terms.

Event Cancellation or Modifications

  • The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the lineup, schedule, venue, or any other Event details without prior notice.
  • If the Event is cancelled in its entirety, the Organiser will issue a refund for the face value of the ticket. Booking fees and ancillary costs (such as travel or accommodation) will not be refunded. 

Code of Conduct

  • Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward other attendees, staff, and performers.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.
  • Illegal substances and dangerous weapons are strictly prohibited. 

Photography and Recording

  • By attending the Event, you consent to being filmed, photographed, and recorded. The Organiser retains the right to use these materials for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation to you.

Liability and Assumption of Risk

  • Attendance at the Event is at your own risk. The Organiser assumes no liability for any personal injury, property damage, or loss suffered by the Attendee, except for liability caused by the Organisers gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
  • Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings.

Force Majeure
The Organiser shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, pandemics, government regulations, or severe weather. 

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in.
