Glass Walking

The Glasswalking Ceremony is a powerful practice of presence and trust, where participants walk barefoot across a bed of broken glass. This ceremony is not about rushing through or pushing through the pain, but rather about being completely in the present moment and trusting in each step.

As you prepare for the walk, you bring your full awareness to the bottoms of your feet, connecting deeply with the earth beneath you. Each step is an opportunity to cultivate trust in yourself and in your surroundings, as well as to honor your own pace and boundaries.

The sharp glass beneath you represents the obstacles and fears in life, but this ceremony teaches that you don’t have to force your way through them. If something feels unsafe or uncomfortable, you don’t rush—simply replace your foot and proceed with mindfulness. Each step is an intentional act of being present, trusting in your body’s wisdom and your own strength to navigate through any challenge.

In this practice, you learn to move with full presence and alignment, trusting that each step, no matter how small, will carry you forward. The Glasswalking Ceremony is an invitation to experience the power of being fully here, fully now, in each and every moment.
