Created exclusively for the powerful 8:8 Lion’s Gate Portal, this immersive fire ceremony draws inspiration from the wisdom of Ancient Egypt and the symbolism of the Ankh—the ancient Key of Life.

The Lion’s Gate Portal marks the annual rising of Sirius, long associated with Ancient Egypt, and has become a time for reflection, expansion, courage and stepping into a new chapter with intention.

The Ankh represents life, rebirth and the unlocking of our true potential. It reminds us that every ending creates space for a new beginning, and that the greatest transformation begins within.

For this special ceremony, we’ll create something I’ve never offered before.

Three individual fires will be brought together to form a glowing Ankh-shaped firewalk—a symbolic path inviting you to leave behind what no longer serves you and walk boldly towards the life you’re choosing to create.

A Rose Frequency Gong & Plant Music Experience

Step into the breathtaking surroundings of Wynyard Hall’s Regal Gardens, where the roses are in bloom and the gardens are alive with sound, scent and beauty.

Surrounded by the fragrance of the roses, the sound of the fountains, birdsong and the natural beauty of the gardens, we will create space to slow down, ground and reconnect with ourselves.

This is a unique sound experience combining the deep, immersive vibrations of the gong with live plant music created from the roses themselves.

During this experience, we will work with the frequency of the rose and the energy of the Mary Magdalene frequency, allowing the natural sounds and vibrations of the environment to become part of the experience.

The fountains, birdsong, trees and natural surroundings create a living soundscape around you.

Together, these sounds create a deeply immersive experience designed to support relaxation, grounding and connection.

After six years of teaching, holding space and sharing the healing power of sound, I am so excited to open bookings for my very own Accredited Gong Practitioner Retreat, delivered through The Flame Within and accredited by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM).

The gong is an ancient instrument of sound and vibration.

When played with intention, its frequencies can create an immersive soundscape that allows the body to soften, the mind to quieten and the nervous system to begin to move towards a deeper state of relaxation.

But learning to play the gong is about more than simply striking the instrument.

It’s about learning how to listen.

How to work with the vibration.

How to understand the way sound moves through a space.

How to create a journey that gently supports people to relax, release and connect with their own inner experience.

During this retreat, you will learn how to use the gong to create immersive sound journeys and gong baths, developing your own authentic relationship with the instrument rather than simply following a routine.

We will explore how to work with the gong’s frequencies, tones and vibrations to create different atmospheres and states of relaxation, while learning how to hold a safe, supportive space for others.

The gong doesn’t do the healing for someone.

It creates the space.

The vibration becomes part of the journey, allowing each person to experience their own unique response to the sound.

Set amongst the stunning autumn woodland of Beamish Hall, we’ll spend two immersive days exploring the art of gong playing, sound healing, breath, nature, fire and personal healing.

Reiki was my first love.

Long before the fire, the breathwork, the sound healing and the Kundalini work, there was Reiki.

It was the practice that taught me something I’ll never forget…

You cannot pour from an empty cup.

Before we can truly hold space for anyone else, we must first learn to hold space for ourselves.

Reiki Level One is not about becoming a practitioner.

It’s about becoming your own healer.

Learning to slow down.

To regulate your nervous system.

To reconnect with your body.

To move the energy that has become stuck through stress, emotion, trauma and everyday life.

Energy is always moving.

When it becomes trapped, we begin to feel it physically, emotionally and mentally.

Reiki teaches you how to reconnect with that natural flow.

Over two beautiful days you’ll receive four Reiki attunements, allowing you to connect with Reiki energy and begin your own self-healing journey.

Throughout the weekend you’ll learn:
