Reiki was my first love.

Long before the fire, the breathwork, the sound healing and the Kundalini work, there was Reiki.

It was the practice that taught me something I’ll never forget…

You cannot pour from an empty cup.

Before we can truly hold space for anyone else, we must first learn to hold space for ourselves.

Reiki Level One is not about becoming a practitioner.

It’s about becoming your own healer.

Learning to slow down.

To regulate your nervous system.

To reconnect with your body.

To move the energy that has become stuck through stress, emotion, trauma and everyday life.

Energy is always moving.

When it becomes trapped, we begin to feel it physically, emotionally and mentally.

Reiki teaches you how to reconnect with that natural flow.

Over two beautiful days you’ll receive four Reiki attunements, allowing you to connect with Reiki energy and begin your own self-healing journey.

Throughout the weekend you’ll learn:

✨ The history and principles of Reiki ✨ Self-healing practices ✨ The chakra system ✨ Understanding the aura and energy field ✨ Hand positions for self-treatment ✨ Grounding, protection and energetic clearing ✨ Meditation and practical Reiki techniques ✨ How to bring Reiki into everyday life

You’ll receive a comprehensive training manual, ongoing support and your Reiki Level One certificate.

Since 2020 I’ve had the privilege of teaching and mentoring over 200 Reiki students, many of whom have continued on to become confident practitioners, sharing Reiki within their families, communities and businesses.

Whether Reiki simply becomes a beautiful daily practice for yourself or the beginning of a much bigger journey, Level One lays the foundations for everything that follows.
