Have you ever wondered what your energy might look like?

For the fourth workshop with The Flame Within and Inner Light Aura Photography come together for a unique evening exploring sound, frequency, energy and colour.

We’ll begin with a deep sound journey with Claire from The Flame Within, working with gongs and other instruments to create layers of sound, vibration and frequency.

This is your time to lie back, close your eyes and simply receive the sound — giving the mind a rest and allowing the body to soften into the experience.

After the sound, we’ll take some time to integrate over a specially chosen herbal tea, staying connected to the space we’ve created before moving into the second part of the evening.

You’ll then spend some individual time with Deanna from Inner Light Aura Photography, where your own aura photograph will be taken.

Your photograph captures the colours appearing around you in that particular moment. Deanna will talk you through your image, exploring the colours that have appeared, where they sit within your field and what they may represent.

No two photographs are ever quite the same. It’s a chance to see your energy in colour. Your aura photograph will be emailed directly to you after the event, so you have your own copy to keep.

What to bring

Please bring your own mat, blanket and pillow so you can make yourself comfortable for the sound journey. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, preferably in layers, as your body temperature can change while lying still and experiencing the sound.

Everything else is taken care of. Come as you are, get comfortable and give yourself the evening.
